This is really individual to the user, and also dependent on their outcome goals. For the sake of simplicity, we like to use the analogy of practicing mindfulness (meditation exercises) or being active (physical exercise). For best results related to recovery and optimization of the body, most people will benefit greatly from 3-4 sessions per week; yet even once or twice per week is amazing in supporting emotional health and allowing the nervous system to get out of “fight or flight.” A primary aspect of us choosing the specific modalities featured in the Chamber is that each of them has 10+ years of safety and efficacy data supporting how the energy, frequencies, and wavelengths affect the body (and in some cases, the mind) biologically. Due to that, consistent usage is correlated with the physical benefits that hundreds of studies have proven.
The Chamber simply requires a 120v/20a dedicated circuit; and access to an ethernet port for software updates (as we don’t use wifi)
The Chamber is approximately 75” long & 43” wide. It weighs 700lbs, and is delivered in 3 pieces before being assembled by our team on-site. It easily fits through a standard doorway.
There is no “subscription” for software updates. The only “consumables” the Chamber utilizes are distilled water for the hydrogen diffuser and disposable nasal cannulas for the users. By design, there are very few moving parts in the key aspects of the unit, and those that are have been upgraded to industrial standard & are designed to operate for years without fail.
