Personal Information We Collect About You
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Personal Information of Minors
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years old. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Promotional Communications
We may use your personal information to send you updates (by email, text message, telephone or post) about our products and services, including exclusive offers, promotions or new products and services. If you provide your mobile telephone number and explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from us, we may contact you by text message for marketing communications, including promotions, special offers, product announcements, and other marketing content related to our products and services. By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to our SMS Terms of Service available on our website. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us, or by contacting us as described below. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
We only send SMS marketing communications where you have provided explicit consent to receive such messages. Consent is collected separately and is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw your consent at any time. We may send other forms of promotional communications in accordance with applicable law, and where required, we will obtain your consent separately and clearly.

SMS Terms of Service
Ammortal operates an SMS marketing messaging program through which users who opt in may receive recurring marketing text messages from Ammortal, including promotional offers, product announcements, special discounts, and other marketing communications related to our products and services.
We use your mobile number and SMS consent information solely to send you marketing messages you have opted in to receive and to manage your preferences, including processing opt-out and help requests.
SMS communications are used for marketing purposes only and do not include transactional or service-related messages unless separately consented to.
SMS Terms of Service
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Ammortal by providing your mobile telephone number and explicitly consenting to receive marketing SMS messages, such as by checking the SMS consent box on a sign-up or contact form or through other consent mechanisms we may provide. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Ammortal at the mobile number you provided, including promotions, special offers, product announcements, and other marketing messages related to Ammortal products and services.
Message frequency varies.
You may cancel SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After we receive your opt-out request, we will send you a final confirmation message and you will receive no further SMS messages from us. To re-enroll, sign up again as you did initially.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Ammortal.
Ammortal's SMS program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, among others. Carrier support may vary. Ammortal, Carriers and message delivery providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the SMS Message Services.
Who We Share Your Personal Information With

We may disclose and exchange information with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We may also need to share some personal information with other parties, such as potential buyers of some or all of our business or during a restructuring. Usually, information will be anonymised but this may not always be possible. The recipient of the information will be bound by confidentiality obligations.
Personal Information We Sold or Disclosed for a Business Purpose.
In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold or disclosed any personal information to third parties for a business purpose. However, we recognize the importance of transparency and providing you with clear information regarding your personal data and our practices.
While we do not sell personal information, we may disclose your personal information to our clinical trial partners for the purpose of conducting clinical trials and/or user studies, but only under the following conditions:

Where Your Personal Information is Held
Information may be held at our offices and those of our third party agencies, service providers, representatives and agents as described above (see above: “Who we share your personal information with”).

How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept
We will keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We will not keep your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. This will typically be for a period of 2-3 years following the last user activity.
